This collection spawns completely new worldviews by synthesizing and distilling the defining characteristics of distinct periods and cultures spanning more than 400 years of Imari porcelain. Imari porcelain was first exported to Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries, and it has attracted the gaze of the West ever since.
Based on the theme of a fictitious floating garden, we have created four pieces: Blue Flower, Venus, Butterfly, and Floating Garden.
Within the sensibilities of different eras distilled into each piece, you will find in this collection a worldview that transcends time, country, and culture.
